Who we are

Retcro runs retcro.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: privacy@retcro.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and the cookies that keep you signed in.
• Your page: what you add to it, such as your name, bio, links, posts, images and settings.
• Guestbooks and polls: the name and message a visitor writes in a guestbook, and poll votes.
• IP hashes:for guestbook signatures and poll votes we store a keyed hash of the visitor's IP address, not the address itself, to limit spam and allow one vote per person.
• Payments: Dodo Payments handles card details. We only receive your plan and subscription status.
• Anonymous statistics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights run on every page. Analytics uses no cookies, and Speed Insights measurements are not tied to a visitor or IP address.

How we use it

To run Retcro: host your page, sign you in, send the emails you ask for (sign-in codes, and guestbook notifications you can turn off), handle billing, and keep the site safe from spam and abuse. We show no ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't build profiles of you.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in
• Vercel: hosting and anonymous statistics
• Resend: email delivery
• Dodo Payments: payments

These providers may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and page while your account exists. Guestbook entries stay until the page owner deletes them or the page is deleted. When an account is deleted, its data is removed, and copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@retcro.com from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Retcro is not for children under 13 (14 in South Korea). If we learn that an account belongs to a younger child, we delete it. Parents can contact us at privacy@retcro.com.

Changes

When we change this policy we update the date above.
