These terms apply when you use retcro.com. By making an account or publishing a page, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Retcro (14 in South Korea), or older if the law where you live sets a higher age.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what you publish on your page. You can delete guestbook entries that visitors leave.
You own what you make. You give Retcro permission to store, copy and show your content only so we can host and display your page. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups until those backups expire.
Your content must follow the Community Guidelines.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, the Guidelines or the law. You can stop using Retcro at any time.
If you think something on Retcro infringes your copyright, email dmca@retcro.com with the page address, the work you own, and how to reach you.
Supporter plans are sold by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. See the refund policy.
We will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to download a copy of your content.
We work to keep Retcro running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Retcro is provided as it is.
When we change these terms we update the date above. We email account holders before significant changes take effect.
Email security@retcro.com with details of the problem. Please test only against your own account, don't access or change other people's data, don't disrupt the service, and give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you share it. We won't pursue good-faith research that follows these rules.
